Meet the Dancer

Q:  When did you start dancing?

A:  When I could walk.

Q:  What is your favorite ballet?

A:  Jewels even though this question should be illegal.

Q:  What is your favorite ballet role and why?

A:  My current obsession is the Queen of Hearts in the Royal Ballets production of Alice. I think Christopher Wheeldon is a genius and I love the costumes. Outside of current obsession, I love any part of Who Cares by George Balanchine.

Q:  What are your hobbies?

A:  When I get time outside work, I'm usually traveling. My friends live around the US/world, so it's important for me to make time to see them. Is family time considered a hobby? I love shopping as well, but that's stretching it.

Q:  What is your favorite quote?

A:  You only live once.

Q:  What are your educational/career goals?

A:  I am currently the Admin Director for FOKO and I hope to stay on this path with local Maine non-profits. I am passionate about the Portland arts community and I want to support the organizations that make it happen! I would also love to stay involved in MSB productions.

Q:  What is your ballet shoe of choice?

A:  Flats.
