Elizabeth Chadbourne

Soloist

Elizabeth is studying Health Science with a Pre-Physical Therapy track at Boston University. Past roles include Marzipan Shepherdess in The Nutcracker, the Flower Seller in Can-Can Parisien, Gretel in Hansel and Gretel, Mustard Seed Fairy in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and The Rose in Alice in Wonderland. She has attended American Ballet Theatre summer programs throughout the country.

Q:  When did you start dancing?

A:  Kindergarten

 

Q:  What is your favorite ballet?

A:  Besides Nutcracker, my favorite ballet is Don Q.

Q:  What is your favorite ballet role and why?

A:  My favorite role to perform is the Marzipan soloist from Nutcracker because of how challenging and rewarding it is. My favorite role to watch is the Lilac Fairy from Sleeping Beauty.

Q:  What is your ballet shoe of choice?

A:  Suffolk Stellars

 

Q:  What are your educational/career goals?

A:  I hope to pursue the medical sciences while continuing my ballet training.
